The concept is simple: I personally come and cook your meat at your place, or I arrive with my own meats from renowned local butchers. I also offer a cold buffet specially designed to accompany barbecues. As a big fan of meat and of cooking it well, it was important to me to offer this service which, to my taste, isn't highlighted enough in our region.
A bespoke cold buffet, delivered and set up at your place: salads, cold meats, charcuterie… Simple, convivial and 100% customisable.
Our mini-stand sets up in your kitchen or garden: pure-beef smash burgers cooked to order, from setup to service.
